Return Policy
Hey y’all, and thanks for stoppin’ by 304 in the House. Every item we sell is made just for you through a print-on-demand process, which means we don't keep stock sittin’ on shelves—we make it when you order it. Because of that, we can’t offer returns or exchanges if you just changed your mind, picked the wrong size, or decided you didn’t like the color.
But if somethin’ shows up busted or not quite right, we’ll fix it. Promise.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives lookin’ rough—like it’s got a printin’ mistake, damage from the trip, or any sort of flaw—we’ll make it right as rain. Just holler at us within 30 days of gettin’ your package.
Here’s what we’ll need to help ya quicker:

A short rundown of what’s wrong

A good, clear photo (or two) of the damaged item

A photo of the packaging, if it helps tell the story
Once we take a look and confirm the issue, we’ll send you a new one on our dime—or refund ya if a replacement just ain’t doable.
What We Can’t Take Back
Since everything’s made-to-order, here’s what we can’t accept for returns or refunds:

Items bought in the wrong size or color

Items reported after 30 days

Items without photos or proof of the issue

If We Messed Up
Now, if we send ya the wrong thing—like the wrong size, design, or color from what you actually ordered—that’s on us, and we’ll make it right. Same deal: let us know within 30 days, and send some photos to show what went wrong.
