Shipping Policy – Straight from the Hills

Howdy, and welcome to 304 in the House! Since every single item in our shop is made-to-order just for you, we don’t keep a warehouse full of stuff sittin' around. Once you place your order, it gets passed along to our trusty print partners who get to work makin’ it from scratch. That’s what makes our shop special—and also why shipping takes a little longer than you might be used to.

How Long It Takes

Most orders ship out in about 2–7 business days after you place ‘em. Then it usually takes 3–7 business days for your package to mosey on over to your mailbox, depending on where you live.

So all in all, from click to doorstep, you're lookin' at around 5–14 business days give or take.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, and we're workin' on addin’ more places down the line. If you're outside the U.S., give us a holler and we’ll see what we can do.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item hits the road, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it like a coonhound on a scent trail.

Delays

Sometimes weather, holidays, or other hiccups can slow things down a bit—especially in rural areas (we know how that goes). We appreciate your patience and understanding as your custom-made item makes its way to ya.
